The Canadian Children’s Shelter Of Hope Foundation knows that like everyone else COVID-19 has changed your world for ever. For many of our friends in Banderas Bay a devastating loss of income is leaving many in peril of not being able CCSHF is assisting by assembling our own food bank.

Our initial goal was to help feed and sustain 35 families (or as many as we could) for a period of 2 to 3 months. With the help of amazing people, we are now feeding 47 families.

But there are always more families that could use a hand in this hard times

OUR NEW GOAL NOW IS TO SUSTAIN AT LEAST 65 FAMILIES MORE.

Our cost each week per food parcel is around 26 CAD/19 USD and it includes:

• 1kg Tomato
• 0.5kg onion
• 0.5kg zuchinni
• 0.5kg Lime
• 1Kg carrots
• 1kg chambray potatoes
• 1kg cucumber
• 1kg 0.5kg salt
• 1kg oatmeal
• 500ml cooking oil
• 20 tostadas
• 1kg eggs
• tomato puree
• 100gr Jamaica
• 0.5kg soy
• 0. 1 hot chocolate bar
• 1 hand soap bar
